Olympus Innov-X officially launched its new model range of VANTA portable XRF analysers

The VANTA is the first pXRF that Olympus has launched since acquiring Innov-X Systems in 2010 and the first truly 100% Olympus pXRF product (Delta was built solely by Innov-X). As such, many things have been refined including Bluetooth and full Wi-Fi connectivity. Another excellent new feature is the embedded GPS which allows the user to pair the analytical results with locational data. There is also an optional 5-megapixel panoramic camera that permits site images to be overlain with GPS coordinate and analytical data.
